Randall Juleff, MD, FACS

Randall Juleff, MD, FACS, leads the Vein Clinics of Hawaii and with two decades of experience, has treated hundreds of patient with venous disorders, as well as a range of vascular, thoracic, and cardiac disease. Triple board-certified in phlebology, general surgery, and cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, Dr. Juleff offers six convenient locations in Honolulu, Lihue, Wailuku, Hilo, Kapolei, and Kamuela.

With a dedication to patient satisfaction, Dr. Juleff focuses on precise patient evaluations accompanied by skillful treatment and compassionate care. He and his team address a variety of vascular issues.

Tam Tran is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade in the medical industry. He has acquired medical specialties in Adult-Gerontology as well as Acute Care, trained at Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to this, he began his medical career in Boston, MA at the University of Massachusetts, where he received training at some of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals including Massachusetts General Hospital. During his tenure, he was the recipient of many awards including the prestigious Commitment to Service Award. Subsequently, he moved to Hawaii where he finished his medical training at HPU while working at The Queen’s Medical Center. He spent the first half of his career specializing in Neuro-Trauma. He later transitioned to Vascular Surgery and Aesthetics where he discovered his passion.

Tam has, since, garnered certifications from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as well as the Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine. He has dedicated himself to keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based research to combine his professional expertise with the revolutionary state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the best-desired outcomes to his patients, safely and effectively. Tam’s approach to medicine is to treat the patient as a whole to improve their quality of life by not only making them look their best, but also feel their best! He says the key is to treat the surface as well as what’s underneath. Mallory Flynn, PA-C

Mallory is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 13 years of procedural, surgical and patient care experience. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree of science from University of Delaware in 2007 and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. She spent the first 12 years of her career working in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery where she managed patients before, during and after heart and lung surgery. She was further trained at UCSF (University of California San Francisco) and Montefiore Medical Center in NY, to independently perform endoscopic vein harvesting (removal of the saphenous vein for use during coronary artery bypass surgery), chest tube placement, pigtail catheter placement, arterial line placement and thoracocentesis (removal of fluid from around the lungs). She has specific training managing critically ill patients after heart and lung transplant as well as patients on ECMO (Extra corporeal membranous oxygenation), Intra-aortic balloon pumps and LVADs (Left ventricular assist devices).

She recently moved to Oahu and became a member of Vein Clinics of Hawaii in November 2023. Mallory has enjoyed utilizing her previous procedural skills and patient care knowledge to bring care to this community. She is a strong patient advocate, empathetic and passionate about patient education. She believes that health care should be a team effort between providers and patients.Outside of work, Mallory loves spending time with her family, exercising and traveling.
