Office Policies
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. If you have questions or wish to schedule a consultation with Dr. Juleff, please contact our office during regular business hours and we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you.
All minors seeking consultation should be accompanied by an adult. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative during consultations. If you have a medical emergency requiring immediate attention, please proceed to your nearest emergency room.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment for an office visit, please provide us with at least 24-hours notice. Please consult your local office for individual policies regarding cancellation for ultrasounds and procedures as these policies are different. Thank you for your consideration. This courtesy allows us to ensure that other patients may be seen.
