Lauren Menn

Patient Liaison & Advocate

Lauren Menn works in the billing department as a patient liaison and advocate. She has been with Vein Clinics of Hawaii for three years and works out of a sister office, La Bella Vita Laser and Vein Center, in Louisiana just north of New Orleans. When she is not serving patients, she is busy taking care of her three energetic children. She enjoys cooking, running (with compression socks of course!), and spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors.

Anita Westbrook

Office Manager

Introducing Anita! She was born and raised here in Hawai’i. She is a graduate of Mililani High School’s class of 2003. Anita earned her associate’s degree in 2011 from Remington College in Clinical Science and has 13 years of experience in the medical field. She previously resided and worked in Kailua-Kona for 4.5 years at Ali’i Health Center in the general surgery and wound care department until she returned to Oahu in 2016, where she joined Vein Clinics of Hawai’i initially as a floater working in both front administration and clinical areas. In 2020 Anita was promoted to office manager and plays an integral role where she oversees daily operations and ensures a smooth and pleasant workflow for patients, providers and staff.

Ali Gonzalez

Front Desk Admin - Honolulu

Ali is a skilled medical receptionist with six years of experience in the field. Originally from California, Ali made the decision to make Oahu her home in 2019. For the past four years, she has been a valuable member of our team at Vein Clinics of Hawaii where she loves welcoming all patients with aloha. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments for in office non-invasive medical procedures and managing various administrative tasks. Beyond her professional commitments, Ali finds joy in spending quality time with her cats Mango, Milo, Jellybean and exploring the island with her boyfriend. She also enjoys the serene beauty of the beaches on Oahu where she finds peace in watching beautiful sunsets.

Adam Jerman

RVT - Hilo

Adam is a highly skilled registered vascular ultrasound technician who joined the Vein Clinics of Hawaii in 2021. With a robust background encompassing over 14 years of experience in the medical field, Adam specializes in both general and vascular ultrasound. His extensive expertise includes over 10 years dedicated specifically to vascular ultrasound. He has been a dedicated member of the Society of Vascular Ultrasound since 2014, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in his field.

Raised in Alabama, Adam completed his education there before moving to New York to begin his career in vascular ultrasound at Albany Medical Center in 2013. In 2017, he relocated to Hawaii with his husband, where they embraced the island lifestyle. Outside of his professional life, Adam enjoys cooking, spending time with his husband at the beach, and traveling.

Wenonalani Randolph

Front Desk Admin - Hilo

Wenonalani (Nona) is a hapa girl born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii. She joined Vein Clinics of Hawaii in May of 2024 and brings with her over 7 years of experience in the field of healthcare. Nona is happy to help patients navigate their schedule and arrange appointments for them so that they can receive the best care.

She’s a mother of two, and as a military family they have traveled all over the country in the past 20 years due to her husband’s career as an Officer in the United States Coast Guard. Nona is so happy to be back home in Hilo. Her all-time favorite foods are strawberry stuffed mochi from Two Ladies Kitchen in Hilo and Poke Bowls from Poke Market. Nona enjoys hanging out with her ohana on the weekends and soaking up the sun when it’s out.

Julie Barnett

Front Desk Admin - Maui

Meet Julie! She joined Vein Clinics of Hawaii in February of 2024. She brings 10 years of medical administration experience to our Maui office. Julie enjoys interacting with her patients. Whether communicating over the phone or in person, providing excellent patient care is very important to her. Outside of work, Julie loves to scuba dive in the beautiful Pacific Ocean surrounding Maui.

Deana Tuorto

Biller/Coder

Deana Tuorto is the biller/coder for Vein Clinics of Hawaii. She joined the team 7 years ago and brings over 15 years of medical experience and knowledge. Although born in New York, Deana was raised and has lived in Florida since 1983. Deana is married and a mother of two fabulous children and Nonna to two beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, Deana is an avid gardener and loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Nikki Foss

Revenue Cycle Specialist

Meet Nikki! She has worked as a Revenue Cycle Specialist for Vein Clinics of Hawaii since January 2024. Her key responsibility is to manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on denied and incorrectly paid claims. It involves extensive communication with the insurance companies, researching reasons for the denial or incorrect payment and writing Letters of Appeal and Letters of Reconsideration to the insurance companies. She is also responsible for sending out medical records requested by insurance companies for their claim review and reconsideration of claims. She communicates with patients regarding their outstanding balances. Nikki enjoys her position at Vein Clinics of Hawaii and finds it very rewarding to help bring in revenue.

She is originally from South Africa and currently lives in Las Vegas. She has seven children and four grandchildren who bring her great joy! Outside of work, she enjoys doing fun activities on the weekends with her family. She and her family love outdoor adventures such as hiking, swimming and picnics. She also enjoys interior designing. She recently built a new home where she designed all the finishes and sourced all the materials, which was very rewarding. She practices yoga daily and she is an active member in her church ministry which she finds very inspiring as she loves helping others.
