Dr. Juleff and his entire staff are amazing. They made each procedure as comfortable as possible and made sure I knew what to do for the healing process to be a success. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone on the island.

Amazing staff, VERY VERY informative, full disclosure type of people, which is rare these days. Very accommodations for special needs, just overall a fabulous clinic highly recommend.

My experience with the Vein Clinic was awesome.

With each visit, my experience only improved. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Juleff extremely efficient and effective. MJ was exceptional in her personalized care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing attention to their veins.

The medical team in Hilo is simply outstanding. The procedures are virtually painless and finished in 30 minutes or even less. The improvements were amazing! Immediately after the second session during a short run I noticed less fatigue along with a reduction of inflammation – my leg already felt better!

Dr. Juleff and his staff are wonderful. The two young ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. His assistant Tracey is awesome! She is so efficient at her job. She talked to me through the procedure which helped tremendously to ease my anxieties. Thank you Dr. Juleff and staff!!!

After thinking a long time about having procedures done on my vericous veins, I decided to try the Vein Clinic in Lihue, which turns out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Juleff and his staff, Michelle, Marla, Adam and Tam has given me the best care and I'm seeing great results in my skin tone and circulation. They are professional, caring, friendly and thorough in every aspect of my treatment. They have gone above and beyond in caring for me as well as my legs. I am truly blessed to have met each of them! Dr Juleff is very professional and you can tell he knows what he's doing and has been doing this a long time. He has a great bedside manner and was very kind and patient with me as I was pretty stressed about the procedure. The clinic is very clean and sanitary. The entire staff at Vein Clinics of Hawaii are absolutely exceptional. Lana at the front desk is always very sweet and helpful, she recognizes people by name and makes them feel right at home. She was great about taking my calls and going over the cost with me. Katie, Dr Juleff's Nurse is absolutely amazing, she takes the time to talk to you about the procedure and is also really kind and compassionate. She makes you feel so comfortable. They were very good about talking to me about pre-op and post-op care. If I could give this business a 10 I would. Highly recommended!

I had started my journey to get my bulging and discomforting veins removed at another clinic. Didn't have a good "feel"/gut feeling about the place, so I decided to switch to Vein Clinics of Hawaii on Maui. I'm very glad I did. Katie is a wonderful nurse who sincerely cares about her patients and obviously knows what she's doing. She was careful to explain everything from the initial ultrasound to what to expect during the recovery process. Dr. Juleff was kind and professional, as well as skilled at his profession. I also got to watch the procedure being done. He is both likeable and caring, and it was obvious to me that these traits are genuine. Soon I will be getting the other leg treated and I'm so glad that I don't have to shop around.

I came here for a consultation because I noticed some varicose veins on my legs—primarily on my left side. I was really nervous, but the staff made me feel really comfortable and was really helpful. The front staff was really friendly and very helpful when I was checking in; she wished me a happy belated birthday because my birthday was yesterday… funny enough, her birthday was also yesterday so I also wished her a happy belated birthday. The doctor (NP) was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns! He was really gentle and made sure I was comfortable when he was pressing on my legs, ankles, and feet. He explained that even though he can fix the way my legs look, his primary concern is fixing the underlying problem to prevent this from continuing to occur. He told me to schedule an appointment for the ultrasound and he will go over the results with me thereafter. I look forward to my next visit, and hopefully I can get some relief for the pain in my legs.

WOW!! The best decision I ever made for my legs was going to Vein Clinics of Hawai'i! My friend Marie encouraged me to go to see if they could assist me with an ongoing wound on my foot. Now it is completely healed! They also helped me with closing veins in my legs that were not functioning properly. I am so excited to start going back to the beach and enjoying the activities before my leg issues prevented me from enjoying life! Mahalo piha!!

When you arrive at the Honolulu Vein Clinic, you walk through the door and you are embraced with the Aloha Spirit . . . the staff there are like 'ohana. Everyone is friendly, loving to talk story and easing your anxiety. If you are experiencing wounds, tiredness in your legs or discomfort of any kind, please give Dr. Juleff and his staff a call. Dr. Juleff and his awesome staff made me feel at home, very relaxed which helped with my uncertainty, being this was my 2nd type of surgery (just finished laser surgery for kidney stones prior,) both being 1st time major surgeries I've done at age 49. Kanoi and Marla at reception, so kind and on top of things for my scheduling. Tracy is amazing with her knowledge of what to do before, during, and post-op, so helpful, I always felt cared for, couldn't ask for more. Then we have Dr. Maika'i Randall Juleff, along with explaining the steps we'd be going through, he and his staff took the time during their busy schedule to entertain my thoughts, feelings, and day-to-day life. Truly a fine, awesome team, I can't do any justice with this letter, it's too short, but I definitely recommend anyone thinking about doing any important related procedures. Their knowledge, aloha, and respect made me feel at ease to put my cares in their hands. I apologize to other staff that helped, especially braddah who does post-ultrasound who lives on the Hilo side, I forgot your names but not your professionalism and care. My initial visit to the Vein Clinics of Hawaii was in 2016. I was pleasantly surprised at how each of the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

While waiting my turn to be seen by Dr. Juleff, I had the opportunity to observe how well the staff interacted with one another to work together, as a team.

Over the past several years, I had numerous visits and treatments. Believe me when I say Dr. Juleff and staff have consistently delivered excellence in…

Dr. Juleff and his team provided one of the best medical experiences I've had in Hawaii during the past 10 years. Everyone was caring, well-trained, knowledgeable and efficient. Prior to the procedures I was provided with an extensive data sheet explaining the treatment and procedures, what to expect, my post-treatment responsibilities and the on-going followup to this treatment. During the treatment at the Clinic my questions were answered in depth, with Dr. Juleff showing me the equipment used and describing each step of the procedure. Dr. Juleff provided not only the office number but his personal cell phone number should I have any questions or encounter a problem in the evening or on the weekend when the office was closed. My healing has been uneventful and just as described. I know I'm in good hands when I walk through the Vein Clinics door.

I received sclerotherapy at Vein Clinics of Hawaii with exceptional results. Dr. Juleff injected both my legs in multiple areas with a solution. I then wore compression stockings daily for two weeks through the healing process. I bruised a little at first but nothing major and then my legs started to clear up from all those annoying capillaries. The injections were practically painless and completely worth it. I can wear shorts again without being self-conscious.

Today was my follow-up appointment and I almost thought it was an error when I received my appointment reminder the day before Thanksgiving. I had made the appointment about a month ago and did not realize that it would fall during a holiday weekend. But no, it wasn't a mistake. Vein Clinics was open and Dr. Juleff and his entire staff were working.

Thinking back on it, Vein Clinics of Hawaii was open throughout the entire pandemic too. Safety protocols were in place since the beginning but Vein Clinics never closed and never lowered their standard of care. Dr. Juleff and his team are always pleasant and very professional and thorough. Thank you!

I have never felt more compelled to write a review than this one I am about to write.
Dr. Juleff and his staff Katie (RN) and Alanna (Receptionist) are AMAZING!! Since this Covid shutdown I felt it was a great time to have my varicose veins checked out and fixed.

I got the initial consultation the same day I called and was happy with the way I was treated from the initial phone call to the arrival with Alanna. I was seen immediately by Dr. Juleff. He is a doc who genuinely cares. He asked if I have had any work done before and when it was done. I told him I had some work done over 10 years ago. He took some pictures of my legs. I told him I wanted to get it done on the spot and he laughed and said it doesn't work THAT FAST...The entire procedure beginning to end was just amazing.

The second consultation was an ultrasound with Katie and it was very smooth. I got in the next month being that he hops from the Big Island, Honolulu, Kauai and Maui. I got lucky that he happened to be on island the day I called. When I went back after the ultrasound he told me that he could get it done in 3 separate sessions that would be Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This guy is a machine. Super personable and professional.

I told him I would love to take a video of the procedure and he quickly obliged and said "go for it". I felt like I was on an episode of Dr. Pimple Popper as I got to see the procedure live. I cannot recommend this clinic and his staff enough. I have already recommended him to a few friends who have the same issues and they will be in to see him shortly. Like any procedure there is always a little sense of fear of what is about to happen, I can say all of the staff at Vein Clinics of Hawaii give you a sense of comfort from the time you walk in the door greeted by a wonderful receptionist, to the techs, to the assistants prepping you and making you feel relaxed, comfortable and feel like family everyday. ❤️

What can I say about Dr Juleff that he is the BOMB! ❤️ at what he does, during my procedures he is very gentle and for me pretty painless with a few little pinches, he is so fast and precise in what he does & before you know it! he says okay all done. 😊 I am reassured by Dr. Juleff to call anytime if needed, his assistants explain my care I need to do at home and to call the number on my paper at Anytime if needed. 😇

I can say the hardest part for me is wearing and getting use the compression stockings and about that stocking and getting it on. If I didn't have the (Doff n' Donner cone) I would never get that stocking on it is really a Life saving tool for my arthritic hands, it's a great invention for my investment and time I'm so happy that it is provided to purchase and worth every penny it cost. 😊

My recovery has been AMAZING from the moment of the first procedure and later the same day I have (Not felt) the restless leg vibrations, no Urges to cramp or suffer a cramp in a month. ❤️ I call myself a (Chronic Cramper) I have suffered leg cramps in my mid teens till now just turned 60s. 😇 There has never been a week without 3-5 serious leg cramps enough to break the capillaries in my muscle would look bruised purple and suffer multiple cramps the same day. 😟

Also I have never thought that I have been SO Sleep deprived until my first procedure and Now I am on cloud 9 now. ❤️ I'm in a whole new world with my legs they are feeling lighter and not sore, tired and aching. 😊 Here's a noticeable big change in my legs my muscles feel stronger, OMG! and 2 weeks later I noticed that my legs are looking a little slimmer and sexy again LoL!. 😁

In every way possible I am so Very Pleased and grateful with my results and the care that I have been given for 11 days. 😊

My procedure on my legs is a Big step to my (Self-Care and well-being) going into my 60s and being able to function mentally and physically is in my life journey ahead. 😊

Very friendly and competent personnel. They did extensive repair work on my leg veins and I am now free of varicose veins and venous reflux. Procedures are minimally painful and I am very satisfied with the results.

Amazing friendly staff from the receptionist to the MA to the Dr.! Very effective procedure to make your day to day much more comfortable. Dr. makes sure you need the time to recover and doesn't rush the time line.

The office and waiting room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The receptionist made the check-in process very easy. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to work and communicate well with each other. I’ve only been in for my initial consultation, yet I am looking forward to my follow-up visit.

Friendly staff, comfortable waiting area and exam room. They are very thorough in doing the exams, asking health questions and going over your health history. Overall experience with them from the moment I walked in the door until I left was great.

At vein clinics of Hawaii, all the staff and Doctors make you feel like family! They explain exactly what to expect and each individual appointment. Like many medical practices on Kauai this one is in an old plantation style house. Its distinctive color outside makes it easy to find and the inside is beautifully decorated. The staff are awesome, so kind and welcoming and very helpful with all the paperwork a new patient anywhere must fill out. They have soft music playing while you wait, it’s a very comfortable experience. I didn’t have to wait that long to see the doctor and when I finally did, he was very kind and interested and informative. I’m very interested in what’s next.
